Maid Training Program in Singapore

Train Your Maid at Home with Our Personalised Training Program
So, you’ve decided to hire a domestic helper.
And everything seems to be going great — you like your helper, and she’s a good fit for your home.
But there’s just one issue: she’s new to Singapore.
And you need help getting her up to speed — fast.
No worries. That’s where we come in with our maid training program.
What is it, you ask?
Unlike traditional agencies where your foreign domestic worker (FDW) gets awkwardly placed in a classroom with little to no hands-on learning, we offer personalised, in-home maid training in Singapore.
It’s training that takes place in the actual environment where she’ll be working — your home.
Whether it’s general housekeeping, cooking, infant care, elderly care, or communication skills, we coach your helper using your appliances, routines, and expectations of a well-run Singaporean household.
This isn’t a maid school, and it’s definitely not a replacement for the Settling-In Programme (SIP).
Instead, think of it as a post-SIP maid training service — one designed to help your FDW settle in faster, gain confidence, and perform better, right from the get-go.
Our trainers are warm, supportive, and fully aligned with MOM guidelines.
We offer sessions in English, Burmese, or simple Mandarin, and always tailor our approach to your preferences — whether that’s your cleaning style or how you like your meals prepared.
Whether you’re searching for how to train your maid more effectively or simply want greater consistency at home, our program is bespoke and built around your needs.
When it comes to private maid training in Singapore, we’re here to make life easier — for you, and your helper.
Why Work With Us
Our clients often struggle with a hectic household, competing tasks, and a helper who isn’t sure how to prioritise. That’s where we come in. We help bridge the gap — guiding you on how to set clear expectations while also considering your helper’s point of view.

Why Choose In-Home Maid Training in Singapore
Getting a new FDW settled into your home can take some work — especially if she’s new to Singapore and not yet familiar with how things are typically done here.
Many first-time helpers, especially Myanmar maids, may come from challenging backgrounds and might not have had much exposure to modern appliances or home hygiene standards. Some may need help learning proper cleaning tools, laundry routines, or even basic hygiene practices — simply because they’ve never had to do these tasks before in the same way.
Add a language barrier into the mix, and even clear instructions can get lost in translation. That’s when small issues can start to build up and cause stress for both you and your helper.
Most agency training is quite general and doesn’t always prepare helpers for the day-to-day routines of your specific home.
That’s where our maid training programme comes in.
We offer personalised maid training in Singapore — done right in your home, where your helper works and lives.
We guide her through real tasks like general housekeeping, cooking, baby care, and communication — all based on your family’s needs, routines, and expectations.
Our trainers are warm, patient, and follow all MOM guidelines. With the right support, your helper picks things up faster, gains confidence in her role, and feels more settled — so everything runs more smoothly at home, and she feels more valued in the process.

FAQs
Is this a replacement for the Settling-In Programme (SIP)?
No — this is not a replacement for the SIP. Our maid training programme is a post-SIP service focused on practical, in-home skills. The SIP gives your helper a basic foundation; our training builds on that with hands-on learning tailored to your home. All content is aligned with MOM guidelines.
Who are your trainers?
Our trainers are experienced in housekeeping, cooking, infant and elderly care, and many are former FDWs themselves. We match the trainer to your needs — for example, a Burmese-speaking trainer for a Myanmar maid, or someone with baby care experience if needed. All follow MOM standards and provide respectful, practical coaching.
How long does the training take?
It depends on what you need. Most families opt for 3–5 sessions of 3–4 hours each. We can focus on one module (like maid cooking training) or provide a full programme. Sessions are flexible and can be done during weekdays or weekends. Follow-up booster sessions are also available if needed.
My helper is not new — is the training still useful?
Absolutely. Our maid training programme is just as effective for experienced helpers who need to improve in certain areas. Whether she’s struggling with communication, cooking, or cleaning habits, we adapt the training to build on what she already knows.
Do I need to pay my helper extra?
Not if the training is done during her regular working hours. If sessions fall on a rest day or after hours, MOM rules apply — time off or compensation is required. We normally schedule sessions during regular hours to avoid this.
How much does the maid training programme cost?
Pricing depends on the number of sessions and modules. We offer transparent, flat-rate packages — no hidden fees. Many families find the cost worthwhile, especially when it helps avoid turnover, part-time help, or babysitting services.
Can’t I just train my helper myself?
You can, and many do — but not everyone has the time, patience, or teaching experience. We provide structured, consistent training and help reduce friction in the early weeks. Our trainers also bridge language gaps (e.g. Burmese) and bring objective feedback that’s often easier for helpers to receive.
Building a Happier Home with a Well-Trained Helper
Our maid training programme is here to make things easier — for both you and your foreign domestic worker (FDW). By focusing on real-life tasks like housekeeping, cooking, and communication, we help take the guesswork out of settling in.
When your helper knows exactly what’s expected — and how to do it — everything runs more smoothly at home. You spend less time correcting mistakes, and she feels more confident and capable in her role.
Many employers see a real difference after training. Helpers become more consistent, less overwhelmed, and even start taking initiative. We’ve seen helpers go from unsure and homesick to becoming a valued part of the family — all with the right support and guidance.
And because our programme follows MOM guidelines, you can rest easy knowing it’s both respectful and compliant. We never push beyond what’s fair or safe — instead, we focus on building skills that last and habits that work in the long run.
Think of it as giving your helper a proper head start — the same way you’d onboard a new team member at work. With the right training, she’ll settle in quicker, do her job better, and feel happier doing it.
