Trinity Pass began with a simple act of kindness—and a strong sense of justice.
Our founder, Theresa Khin, was working as an engineer in Singapore in the 1990s. Years later, in 2006, a group of Burmese workers reached out to her for help. They had been misled by unscrupulous agents and charged exorbitant fees just to secure their work passes. Moved by their situation, Theresa stepped in to negotiate with the agents and worked towards a fair and practical solution for everyone involved.
That experience opened her eyes to how vulnerable workers can be—and how much of a difference the right employment agency can make. And so, Trinity Pass was born.
Today, we continue that mission with heart and purpose. From Work Permits and S Passes to Employment Passes and PR applications, we handle the full range of employment services in Singapore.
We are especially well-connected within the Burmese community—trusted not just for our efficiency and know-how, but for the genuine care we extend to every client and worker we serve.
